Delivery times

We are located in a small municipality in Valle del Cauca in Colombia, shipments take 2 to 4 additional business days after being delivered to the corresponding carrier. For this reason we recommend placing your order with a reasonable time for delivery based on the following data:

Shipments within the Valle del Cauca - Colombia: 2 - 4 working days.

Domestic shipments major cities Colombia: 3 - 6 working days.

National shipments of municipalities Colombia: 4 - 8 working days.

DHL Express international shipping: 3 - 5 business days.

DHL Express International special destinations: 6 - 10 business days.

International Shipping Mail 4-72: 14 -18 business days.

International Shipments mail 4-72 special destinations: 20 -28 business days.

In addition to these shipping times keep in mind that if your order is custom it takes between 8 - 15 business days for its design and manufacture.

In products that are manufactured and ready to ship, the delivery time to the carrier is a maximum of 2 business days

Return Policy

Conditions of returns

We have a warranty for manufacturing defects and materials for 365 days of continuous use in normal and recreational conditions. Additionally we have an exclusive guarantee of satisfaction where after having bought a new kitesurf board and is not satisfied with the performance of it, the buyer will have 35 days after making the purchase to request a completely new board with all necessary corrections provided and when this service has been included at the time of purchase

In the other articles and board used, a single guarantee is given for defects in the material of 30 days, in the event of any inconsistency with the product or you wish to request a refund of money you must do it via email, then send the product to our address ( in less than 7 days including payment for shipping) and in a period of 8-15 business days the money will be refunded to your bank account or credit card with a small debit of 0.7% in sales over COP $ 1,000,000 and 3% for sales with lower amounts, this discount is made by operating reversal expenses on our website.
